TERMS & CONDITIONS
Phantom certifies that all watches have been produced using high quality materials and fully tested before leaving our manufacturing facility. Subject to the conditions stated below, all of our watches come with a limited warranty against defects of material and manufacture for a period of one (1) year from purchase date.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Batteries, case, straps and bracelets.
Damage caused from accidents or mishandling to any part of the watch. This includes the strap, bracelet, buckle and watch glass.
Water penetration if used in the incorrect way as stated in user manual.
Tarnishing of the watch case, caseback, strap or bracelet caused by external agents or ageing.
Breakages caused by accident or maltreatment.
Your timepiece is guaranteed against any defective parts or construction for one (1) year from date of purchase. Your warranty is only valid if you present your original receipt when returning the product.
Please allow upto 25 days for watch repair or replacement and we will always ask you to provide proof of purchase.

SERVICING YOUR WATCH
Here at Phantom we currently use Japanese Miyota movements in all our watches, which are reliable and highly recommended quartz movements. A local and professional jeweller will be able to change the battery and service this kind watch movement.
We do not recommend or advise that you attempt to open the watch yourself as this may cause damage to the internal watch mechanism and affect the water resistance of your watch.
All watch orders are sent using either DHL or 1st Class (tracked & signed) Royal Mail registered post. UK and European orders should arrive within 1-3 working days of ordering, depending on the time of which the order was placed.
All international (rest of world) orders will take between 4-7 working days for delivery.
Please note: Phantom are not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed or delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries. Please check with your local customs office regarding rules and regulations that may apply.
All purchases made from our website are shipped to each of the following destinations only: UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and rest of the world. Our rest of the world locations are: China, Hong Kong, Andorra, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia and Switzerland.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

To ensure your order arrives before Sunday 25th December 2016 - please order on or before the times stated below:
Australia and rest of the world - Monday 12th December
USA and Canada - Thursday 15th December
Europe - Saturday 17th December (Before 11am)
United Kingdom - Friday 23rd December (Before 3pm)
Please note: Phantom are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging undamaged.
Returns within 14 days will be fully refunded - once we receive your returned item we will aim to process it straight away.
We currently do not offer free international returns.
Please note: Only watches purchased from www.phantomtimepiece.com can be returned here. For watches purchased from retailers - please return directly to the retailer with proof of purchase.
We do not offer an exchange service and any watches which have been worn will not be accepted.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. All items ordered online during the period of December (1st December - 31st December 2016) may be returned at any time before midnight on the 31st January 2017. Our standard returns policy will revert back to the 14-day period for all items dispatched after 31st December 2016.
